Step 1

Wash your hair 24 hrs before the appointment. Clean hair will ensure proper processing of your color and/or lifting.

Step 2

Come ready with 2-3 inspirational photos of what you like (color, cut, and style) and 2-3 photos of what you don’t like as well. Pictures are going to be your best friend! During your consultation, pictures will help your stylist better understand what you are looking for.

Step 3

Plan ahead! We have complimentary snacks and refreshments for our guests, but feel free to bring your own food or order takeaway.

All our color services are custom and cannot be rushed. Please allow yourself at least a minimum of 3 hours (depending on service) for your appointment. Color corrections require a minimum of 5 hours. We want to ensure the quality of your service and the experience with us is the absolute best!
